Meal Service Procedures

We are proud to present an excellent quality of food and service.

Buffet Service

Our Buffets are a plentiful mix of flavors, textures, and colors. The large varieties of cold and hot food meet almost any guest preference. Our servers will assist your guests in plating their food, therefore, maximizing service and efficiency. Service of salads and entrees usually takes approximately 25 minutes.

As the guest of Honor, you are the first to be served with a member of our staff bringing your meal to your table, followed by the Bridal party and family being invited to come through the buffet. Thereafter, your DJ will release tables one by one through the buffet line. This will encourage maximum efficiency and avoids long lines.

There are a few reasons why we offer Buffet service rather than plated meals. First, this gives guests a variety of tastes and options. Second, it saves you the trouble of having to track your guests' meal preference. Finally, it facilitates food preparation and service ensuring that your guest receive their meals in approximately 25 minutes so that you have plenty of time for left over for the other important aspects of night and guests will be able to graze at their leisure for second servings.

All your food and beverage options will be discussed and finalized at your Detail Meeting (30-45 days before event).
