Due to extreme differences in individual event needs, an
appointment must be set to discuss your needs and wants to
determine an estimate for your overall budget.
The following items are included with the venue rates:
7 hours (including set-up and clean-up). Hours
are consecutive and you must vacate the
premises by 12 am (additional hours $350 an hour)
6,500 sq. foot ballroom with specialty lighting
Beautiful 1,200 sq. foot Upper Lobby; for
up to 100 guests or to be used for additional
space during your reception
60" round or banquet tables for guests
with black linen
Dance Floor
White folding chairs (10 per table)
Gift table, 3 buffet tables, 2 bar tables, 1 cake
table; all complete with black linen.
Setup of tables and chairs
Manager/Security on duty during your entire event
In addition to the rates listed, a $500 "POSTDATED" refundable
security deposit is required to be used, should any damage
occur to the inside or outside of the Fox Event Center
or for additional cleaning, if needed.

Event Design Lab provides event design and production
consultation, adding professional design consultation for
room design, lighting, sound, video projection and dance
floor.
