set-ups for silent auctions. The bathrooms have ample stalls for large group meetings and also a
handicapped bathroom in the main lobby downstairs.  In the ballroom, which is draped in red velvet
and gold, the stage draws you in to the main room for your meeting.  You have your choice of different
size screens from an acoustically superior sound system, in addition to AV equipment and wireless
mics.  Chairs are set up to accommodate up to 700 people, seated in a theatre style configuration.  
During the meeting/event, concession stands can be set up for all your drinking and eating needs.  
You can have a continental breakfast, sandwiches for lunch with a nice salad, and/or a buffet or
sit-down lunch or dinner, prepared by our in-house executive chef and his staff of 30.  He can prepare
a specialized menu exactly to your specifications, whether vegan, vegetarian, or any other special
needs, plus a choice of any type of food ethnically.  We also provide a beer & wine bar, if that is
appropriate for your event.

enter the front entrance to the Fox Event
Center, you will see your company or
event name in lights on the marquee.  
Posters of your company event can also
be displayed in the numerous glassed in
ad windows adorning the front of the
theatre and sides of the portico before
entering the 4 double doors.  The lobby
is lit with magnificent old world
chandeliers with Charles Dickens
sconces on the wall, which ascend up
the sweeping staircase.  In the upper
lobby there are double sets of
